✎ Marking: +1 per correct, no negative marking. Level: all questions at Class 8 (MP Board of Secondary Education) level. Language: Hindi. Shortlisting: candidates up to 7 times the vacancies (under vertical reservation) are shortlisted for Stage 2 on written-exam cut-off percentile, per the official rulebook. Written exam: from 04-01-2027.

Stage 2 (after written exam): Physical Efficiency Test — 800-metre run ONLY, max 40 marks, single attempt (official rulebook, Schedule-1). Qualifying minimum: 8 out of 40 per rulebook §11(v). Benchmarks: under 124.2 sec = 40 marks; over 198.3 sec = 0 marks (relaxed Home Guard / Ex-Servicemen table: under 146.5 sec = 40; over 224.5 sec = 0). Plus Document Verification and a qualifying-only Driving Trade Test. Note: the GD Constable PET (100 marks, 800m + long jump + shot put) does not apply to Driver posts.
