MPSC Research Investigator Final Result 2026

The Mizoram Public Service Commission has declared the Final Result of Research Investigator under the Art and Culture Department of the Government of Mizoram on 22 October 2026. The selection followed Advertisement Number 38 of 2025-2026, dated 8 January 2026. Candidates appeared for the written examination on 29 May 2026, and the shortlisted candidates faced the personal interview on 22 October 2026, the same day the final outcome was announced. According to the official notification, two candidates have been recommended for appointment in order of merit. Lalrempuia, Roll Number 4771, secured the first position with total marks of 225.97. Brando Lalrinchhana, Roll Number 4615, secured the second position with total marks of 220.79. Their names appear in the merit list published by the Commission. The Commission has also kept a reserved panel of three candidates for one year from the date of declaration of the result. This panel will be used only to fill the same vacancies if a recommended candidate declines the offer, resigns, or dies. The panel follows Guideline 36(10) of the MPSC (Conduct of Examinations) Guidelines, 2023.
