SVPUAT API Score 2026 Out — Professor & Associate Professor Screening Result, Objection by 23 Oct

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology, Meerut has moved its ongoing faculty recruitment one step forward by publishing the screened academic and API scores of applicants. The scores relate to teaching positions advertised under three separate advertisements and cover Professor and Associate Professor roles spread across the university's constituent colleges, from horticulture and agriculture to veterinary sciences, food processing, sugarcane technology and engineering disciplines. Publication of scores is a routine but important stage in university teacher selection, because it lets every applicant see exactly how the scrutiny committee assessed the research and academic record submitted with the application. The assessment follows the scoring framework notified with the advertisements, which assigns weight to peer-reviewed research papers, other publications, teaching-learning material, research guidance and projects, patents and awards, and invited lectures or conference presentations. Candidates who find any mismatch between the score shown and the record they submitted have been given a defined channel to raise it, with supporting documents, so that errors can be corrected before the next stage. The university has made it clear that appearing in the published score list does not by itself mean selection for interview. A separate final list of eligible candidates will be uploaded on the recruitment portal, and only those named in it will proceed further. Applicants are therefore advised to check the portal regularly and keep their documents ready for the stages ahead.
