Eligibility Criteria
- Apprentice: Graduate degree from a recognized university / institute approved by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies. Graduation must be completed with mark sheets and provisional / final degree certificate, with the degree issued on or after 01.04.2022.
- Local Language: Local-language proficiency for the applied State / UT is required, with a local-language test where applicable.
- Duration: 1 year from the date of the contract.
- Stipend: Rs 16,650 per month total — Rs 10,500 paid by UCO Bank + Rs 6,150 Government share (subject to change) credited directly through DBT. No other allowances / benefits.
Selection Process & Exam Pattern
- Online objective test: 100 questions, 100 marks, 60 minutes. Sections: General / Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude, Computer Knowledge — 25 questions each. Bilingual — English / Hindi.
- Qualifying marks: 40 for General / EWS, 35 for SC / ST / OBC / PwBD.
- Then test of local language, document verification and medical fitness.
- State-wise / category-wise merit list plus a wait list.
