UPPSC Unani Chikitsa Adhikari Syllabus 2026

The July corrigendum matters most for how candidates should read the earlier notice. It changes the examination scheme, while leaving the syllabus issued with the April notice in place, so the two documents should be read together rather than treated as separate or competing versions. For candidates who began preparation earlier, this distinction avoids unnecessary rework: the subject foundation remains the same, but revision and mock-test planning should now follow the revised scheme. A useful approach is to work through the prescribed subject material systematically, revise regularly, and practise objective questions under timed conditions, because accuracy matters as much as coverage when wrong answers carry a penalty. Candidates should also keep the official UPPSC PDF saved for reference and check the Commission website for later updates about the screening examination, rather than relying on summaries that may mix the old and new schemes. The final selection process also includes an interview stage, so clear subject understanding and confident communication remain valuable after the written stage. Reading the corrigendum alongside the original notice is therefore the safest starting point.
