Bihar PGMAC 2026 Registration – Round 1 & 2 Choice Filling, Last Date 28 Oct

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has opened online registration and choice filling for Post Graduate Medical Admission Counselling (PGMAC)-2026, covering Round-1 and Round-2. This counselling allots first-year MD, MS, PG Diploma and DNB (degree and diploma) seats in government and private medical colleges of Bihar, on the basis of the NEET (PG)-2026 merit list. Registration for Round-1 and Round-2 started on 22 October 2026. The last date for online registration is 28 October 2026 (10:00 PM), and the last date for submitting the application with payment is the same day at 11:59 PM. Candidates must also fill and lock their choices: the last date for choice filling, editing and locking is 31 October 2026 (11:59 PM). The rank card will be published on 30 October 2026, and the Round-1 provisional seat allotment result will be declared on 4 November 2026. Candidates allotted a seat in Round-1 can download the provisional allotment order from 4 to 9 November 2026 and complete document verification and admission between 6 and 9 November 2026. The counselling fee is Rs 2,200 for all categories, non-refundable, plus a processing charge. The security deposit is Rs 25,000 for UR/EWS and Rs 12,500 for SC/ST/EBC/BC candidates in government colleges, and Rs 2,00,000 for private colleges.
