Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB), Patna — admission to UGMAC 2026 – MBBS / BDS / B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.F.Sc. (Stray Vacancy Round) for the academic session 2026. Eligible candidates can apply online from 19 October 2026 to 21 October 2026 (10:00 PM) through the official website.
This is the Stray Vacancy Round of UGMAC-2026, conducted by BCECEB (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board), Adv. No. BCECEB(UGMAC)-2026/14 & /15 dated 18.10.2026, for MBBS / BDS in Govt & Private Medical/Dental colleges and B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.F.Sc. in Govt Veterinary / Fisheries colleges of Bihar, on the basis of NEET(UG)-2026 rank.
Bihar's medical counselling has reached its last major stage. After three rounds of UGMAC counselling, the seats that remain vacant — because some candidates did not report, resigned, or moved to other quotas — are now being offered once more through the Stray Vacancy Round. For NEET-qualified candidates who are still without a seat, this round is the final realistic chance to secure admission in this session, and it covers government as well as private colleges across the state.
The most important thing to understand about a stray round is that it moves fast and rewards preparation. Choices once locked cannot be changed later, so candidates should study the updated seat matrix college by college before filling preferences, and weigh each option against its fee structure — private colleges in particular vary widely. It also helps to keep documents ready in advance, since verification follows allotment within a short window and any mismatch can cost both the seat and the deposit.
Candidates who already hold a seat through earlier rounds should check the consent rules carefully before opting in, because participating can affect an existing allotment. Those who have not yet registered will go through the full application process, while earlier applicants can join through consent. In every case, the official BCECEB website remains the only reliable source for the seat matrix, schedule, and allotment result.
