Bihar UGMAC AYUSH Allotment Result 2026

Bihar UGMAC (Ayush)-2026 is the state counselling through which NEET (UG)-2026 qualified candidates take admission to BAMS, BHMS and BUMS seats in government and private AYUSH colleges of Bihar, and the Round-2 provisional allotment declared on 19 October 2026 is the second seat-allocation stage of this counselling. A provisional allotment only reserves the seat in the candidate’s name for now — it turns into a confirmed admission after the allotment order is downloaded within the given window and document verification is completed at the allotted college.

This round matters more than usual because seven new private homoeopathic colleges have joined the counselling in Round 2, widening the BHMS seat pool for candidates who missed out earlier. Those who skipped Round 1, or did not get their preferred college there, now get a fresh chance — but they should read the official schedule notice carefully instead of carrying assumptions over from the previous round.

The costliest mistake at this stage is leaving the allotment-order download for the last day. The download needs the NEET (UG)-2026 roll number and password on the official UGMAC (Ayush) portal, and document verification follows immediately on 22 and 23 October — keeping every certificate ready in advance is the simplest way to avoid a last-minute rush.
